Designed for students who do directly qualify, the ISC provides tuition support for the pathway towards the university law degrees. Provided by Study Group International, a global leader in pathway education, the ISC provides a supportive and specialist learning environment which is geared to help you succeed in your aims. As an International Study Centre student you’ll study alongside other high-calibre students and gain the skills, knowledge, language proficiency and confidence you need to progress to degree study in English law at the University. When you join the International Study Centre at the University you’ll learn in a customised teaching environment that is tailored specifically for your needs. You will also benefit from small class sizes, personal attention from your tutors and a supportive student community. The International Foundation Year is 3 trm programme of academic subjects, study skills and English language training designed specifically to provide international students with a pathway to undergraduate degree study in law at The University of Law. Which degrees can I progress to? When you successfully complete the International Foundation Year and achieve the required grades, you can progress to one of the following degrees: A degree from The University of Law is highly regarded. Many graduates go on to excellent careers within the legal profession in the UK, their home country and across the globe. English Language entry requirements: IELTS 5.0 (5.0 in writing) Academic Entry requirements: Good high school graduation grades or equivalent academic study The programme is available in October and February each year Please note programmes are subject to approval 2015/16 Tuition Fees are valid from January 1st, 2015 for programmes commencing from September 1st, 2015 and are in £ sterling, unless specified as Euros. The Enrolment Fee will be £170 for UK ISCs from January 1st, 2015. Please note that students applying for courses will be required to pay a confirmation payment.
